


Maroonmaker Mild, 3.3%:
Our chestnut coloured mild was first brewed in April 2004, and remains a springtime favourite. A surprisingly full-bodied malty flavour is well matched with a delicate hoppy aroma from East Kent Goldings and Tettnang hops. Available: April-May
Black Knight Bitter, 4.1%:
A dark bitter beer with pronounced burnt malt flavours. Strong citrus notes from Styrian Goldings and Tettnang hops balance the roasted malty bitterness. Available: December - February
German Pale Ale, 4.2%:
A trio of German hops (Tettnang, Mittlefruh, and Spalter Select) add spicy, citrus flavours and a fresh aroma to this straw coloured bitter. Available: September – October.
Apple Blossom Ale, 4.3%:
A delightfully thirstquenching bitter. Delicate citrus hop flavours combine with the sweet floral aroma of fresh apples. Available: March – April.
Mad Hare, 4.4%:
A copper coloured beer with spicy aromas balanced by a rich hoppy flavour. Brewed using: Pale, chocolate, and roasted barley malts; Mittlefruh and Challenger hops; and a unique blend of ginger, lemongrass and coriander. Available: February - March.
All Rounder, 4.4%:
Roasted barley and chocolate malts add richness and depth to this dark copper ale. East Kent Goldings and Tettnang hops, along with a late addition of lemongrass, provide a citrus, hoppy finish. Available: July - August.
Honey Porter, 4.4%:
Polish hops (Lublin and Marynka) and Mexican honey provide the ideal balance to the dark roasted malts in this remarkably fresh tasting porter. Available: December – January.
