Welcome to Downton Brewery
Our mission has always been to produce quality beers using only the finest ingredients and, as often as possible, to experiment with new and interesting raw materials. We aim to supply these beers at a fair and reasonable price to the trade.
During our relatively brief history, we have made use of: barley, wheat and rye malts; hops from eight different countries (and still counting); a wide range of fruits, herbs, spices and honey; and a variety of spirits and liqueurs. All of these raw materials make us a remarkably versatile brewery, capable of brewing beers to delight any drinker.
