Returns & Refunds Policy
If goods are to be returned to Downton Brewery, they must be returned in their original packaging, within the best before date. You will be refunded for the goods once received back into our warehouse. Contact us at sales@downtonbrewery.com or on 01725 513313 if you would like to return your goods back to us and we will help you to do this.
Should you not be satisfied with your product or it is faulty, please contact our customer service department below within 30 days of receiving your product.

Should you receive an order that is damaged we can refund the amount in full to your credit card, or arrange for a replacement order to be sent. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds for non-faulty items after the best before date has passed, but we will endeavour to find a solution where we can.
